The last 21 days of late May and early June (a sales blitz).
It now seems when we listen to the local news on our television sets about the real estate market that the personalities have become out of touch with the real everyday market. My team has been overwhelmed in the last 21 days by increasing buyer demand, pent-up sellers who have been waiting for signs of positive market life are now listing their properties, negotiation, heavy marketing, and overally solid market activity. The idea that this is still a challenged market can be greatly questioned as we enter the 2/3 of the lively June market.
Properties throughout the area have seen an increase in foot traffic and this is good news for sellers everywhere. Recent closings have taken place from our team in Burlington, Florence, Union, Independence, and elsewhere. New construction starts are also up with buyers taking advantage of many of the spectacular offerings as builders continue to cut into their own profit margin for offering beautiful new homes for less. Always consult us for the very best in new construction Realtor advice and representation.
There are some truly exquisite properties that are now on the market that will certainly be made homes soon. From Triple Crown and Cool Springs, to Glenhurst and Manor Hill, activity is on the rise. Keen buyers are looking closely into and buying investment properties through short sale opportunities, foreclosures, have to move situations, and more. We have achieved some truly terrific buys for our investors of late, and are very proud of our work in that area. For sellers we have overcome the perceived "negative market" hurdle and delivered closings and pendings despite any odds against us.
I just finished another one of our larger playable virtual tours with sound and 25 photos in this case for a wonderful home I just listed a week or so ago in Woodlyn Hills in Erlanger on Oxford for $239,900. Check out the virtual tour and let me know what you think. http://marketing.remaxdesigncenter.com/20736/6267991

PS. Listen to my radio show on 1160 AM WDJO OLDIES every Sunday from 7:30 am to 8:30 am with Todd Little and Michael Oldfield called "Talking Houses." Great fun and great information about the A to Z steps of buying or selling a home.
